Support

Training

User

Training will be provided so that the user is proficient in the use of the equipment and basic diagnostics.

Technical

Technical training will be provided so that the maintainer can make an educated decision as to the state of the equipment and whether or not the equipment needs to be returned for repair or further diagnosis.

Spares

Spares holdings with be calculated using the Mean Time Before Failure and Mean Time To Repair figures, this calculation will conform to current best practice, local repair or OEM repair.

Repair

Repairs will either be conducted by the client, Layer 3 Services or the OEM.

In addition, Layer 3 Services can produce a MRI if required.
